Sweet Chariot

Mauve or purple blend, pinker in hotter weather; strong fragrance; to 45 cm; (Moore, 1984).  Very double, 2 cm flowers open to cupped form and bloom in large clusters.  Blooms in flushes throughout the summer but is rarely without a flower or two.

Absolutely excellent in a hanging basket where visitors can sniff it. The weight of the clusters drag the canes down so the flowers cascade over the side of the pot. Love this rose!
